34. Spaghetti or Vermicelli with Tomato Paste, Onions, and Garlic
Onion, celery and garlic, cooked in white wine, with tomato purée. Ends up being low volume because there isn’t that much tomato in it, but it tastes all right. May benefit from a more intensely flavoured white wine.
Once again, if I’m not mistaken, this recipe contained tomato paste.
