A strange one. Cooked pasta, which is then fried. I shallow fried it, but the recipe is intended for deep frying, which would probably work better.

This one’s a bit different. The olives are cooked in white wine before being added to the pasta, topped with tomatoes, and baked in the oven.

This one didn’t work. The olives are supposed to be left to macerate for a week, during which time they will produce a sauce. At the end of the week, I had a bowl full of olives and no sauce.
