124. Dumplings with Butter and Parmigiano Reggiano

Flour and water dumplings, topped with a butter and cheese sauce.

Tasty enough, but the sauce is difficult to whisk when scaled down to a single portion.

In contrast to 122, this probably needed more cheese.
