39. Maccheroncini with Olives Cooked in Wine
This one’s a bit different. The olives are cooked in white wine before being added to the pasta, topped with tomatoes, and baked in the oven.
A bit of a faff, but it works.
I used Bucatini as Maccheroncini was not available.
