43. Baked Vermicelli or Bucatini with Tomatoes
Difficult. The recipe calls for layers of tomato halves and pasta (Bucatini used here).
Make sure the tomatoes are on top as exposed pasta burns in the oven. Arranging this requires the baking dish to be a very specific size or everything falls apart.
Better reheated, which softens some of the burnt pasta.
