93. Vermicelli or Spaghetti with Apple Sauce
The name conjures up an image of pasta topped with apple sauce (the kind one might have with a pork chop).
This isn’t that, it is instead a tomato sauce with apple juice added (I used ready made pressed apple juice instead of pressing my own apples to save time).
Surprisingly, this actually works really well.
