122. Pasta with Melted Butter and Parmigiano Reggiano
Pasta with a mixture of melted butter and cheese.
The advice to melt the butter by placing it next to the heat probably works fine with a gas hob, but is terrible with a ceramic one.
Seems to have too much cheese (or my conversion into grams is bad).
