136. Pasta with Butter and Tomatoes III
Pasta with butter, spring onions and tomatoes.
Spring onions turn out to be another ingredient that means something different in America – they would call these Scallions. The intended ingredient is probably closer to a Continental Salad Onion. Alas, I only realised this at the point of cooking, so here we are.
It’s fine but I’m not sure the spring onions improve it.
