149. Baked Maccheroni with Béchamel
Baked pasta with béchamel sauce and mozzarella.
The sauce is supposed to be thin, but I think I didn’t thicken it enough here. I also used an inappropriate tin, and the sauce leaked out the bottom. Sigh.
A high fat meal.
