143. Lasagne with Ricotta
Ricotta lasagna.
This didn’t go so well. I did not put enough effort into making sure the lasagne sheets didn’t stick together during cooking, so assembly was a bit of a pain (to put it mildly).
There also wasn’t quite enough sauce to do the foil trays I had justice.
