Gave this one a miss as Catalogna Chicory was not available, and the recipe implies it’s significantly different (or at least, much larger), than the chicory that was available.

A strange one. Cooked pasta, which is then fried. I shallow fried it, but the recipe is intended for deep frying, which would probably work better.

This one’s a bit different. The olives are cooked in white wine before being added to the pasta, topped with tomatoes, and baked in the oven.

Requires a one hour resting period before cooking. Despite this, very similar to the previous recipe.
